Hi Guys!

Welcome to The Food Dude's Daughter! Here I share some of my family's favorite recipes, some of my dad's delicious recipes, and some we created together. You all can test out the recipes and comment on them.

About the Food Dude

First off, let's get one thing straight; the moniker came from the daughter, not me. I'm sure it's trademarked by someone out there who is the authentic "food dude." My humblest legal apologies.

After ten years of cooking for my daughters, we've ridden the culinary roller coaster from all things green and fresh (ages 0-2) to today's food pallete which includes only things from pale beige (pasta) to laboratory yellow (mac & cheese). Through sheer willpower (and a good dose of shame) I attempt to right the culinary ship. And as you'll hear from the daughter, the results are mixed.
